Watching a comedic entertainer should be like experiencing a good dessert: thoroughly enjoyable, with lots of fluff. With that in mind, Santa Maria Fairpark officials are thrilled to announce that Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias will round out the entertainment lineup in the Bud Light Concert Series at the Santa Barbara County Fair, appearing Thursday, July 13 on the KCOY Main Stage.

Iglesias’ shows have sold out Madison Square Garden and the Microsoft Theatre, and he’s one of the most-watched comedians on YouTube with more than 300,000,000 views.

Born in San Diego and raised mostly in Long Beach, Iglesias usually appears in Hawaiian shirts and has a relaxed, laid back style that easily fits on the Central Coast.

Iglesias is currently on his anniversary tour FluffyMania World Tour: 20 Years of Comedy. Iglesias also appears in the FUSE TV series Fluffy’s Food Adventures. His vocal talent appears in the upcoming 2017 animated films Smurfs: The Lost Village from Sony Animation, voicing the character “Jokey,” and in Ferdinand, voicing the character “Cuatro.” He also reprises his role of “Jimmy” in the animated film The Nut Job 2, due to hit theaters in August.

Other credits include Magic Mike XXL, and the ABC sitcom Cristela. Iglesias had co-starring roles in feature films like A Haunted House 2, and his voice can be heard in numerous animated films like Norm of the North, The Book of Life, The Nut Job and Disney’s Planes. He also starred in the theatrical stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie, and the Comedy Central hit series Stand-Up Revolution, in addition to comedy specials like I’m Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy, Hot & Fluffy and I’m Not Fat … I’m Fluffy.

Iglesias will perform Thursday, July 13, at the Santa Barbara County Fair on the KCOY Main Stage. The concert is free with paid admission.

Performing Live on Friday, July 14 @ 7:30 pm

He’s enjoyed phenomenal success with 15 No. 1 singles and a slew of music accolades, and on Friday, July 14th, John Michael Montgomery will bring his country charm to the Santa Barbara County Fair.

The hit “Life’s a Dance,” propelled the Kentucky-born artist into national stardom but strong, romantic ballads like “I Love the Way You Love Me,” and foot-stomping, playful songs like “Be My Baby,” have endeared him to audiences everywhere.

Montgomery has sold 16 million albums, has earned four ACM Awards, three CMA Awards, an American Music Award, and four Billboard Awards. He was named American Songwriter Magazine’s Artist of the Year, and has earned two Grammy nominations.

Montgomery’s songs helped set the standard for a generation. Songs like “I Swear,” “I Love the Way You Love Me” and “I Can Love You Like That” were hits on the country charts but also found crossover success covered by artists on the pop charts. While those songs prove he is a master at bringing honest emotion to life in song, hits like “Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident),” and “Be My Baby” demonstrate Montgomery can let loose and have a good time.

Montgomery will perform at 7:30 p.m., Friday, July 14th, at the Santa Barbara County Fair on the KCOY Main Stage. The concert is free with paid admission.

Performing Live on Saturday, July 15 @ 7:30 P.M.

With a mesmerizing voice and an evocative set list of hit songs, two-time Grammy-winning country vocalist Leann Rimes will perform her hits at the Santa Barbara County Fair, Saturday, July 15.

Rimes’ vocal stylings grabbed the attention of country music audiences when she was just a young girl, and not long after she would become a powerhouse in country music. She first earned worldwide acclaim at just 13 years old with “Blue,” a Patsy Cline-inspired song that showed vocal depth and maturity. In 1997 the song’s success made her the youngest person to win a Grammy. She took home the award for Best New Artist and Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

She followed “Blue” with several country pop hits like “One Way Ticket (Because I Can),” “The Cattle Call,” “The Light in Your Eyes,” “Nothin’ Better To Do,” “How Do I Live,” and “Til We Ain’t Strangers Anymore,” a duet with Jon Bon Jovi.

Having sold more than 37 million records worldwide, She’s won two Grammys, three ACMs, a CMA, 12 Billboard Music Awards, and one American Music award.

Not one to be still long, Rimes recently released the single “Long Live Love,” off her album Remnants. She’s also embarked on a world tour in support of the album.

Rimes will perform Saturday, July 15, at the Santa Barbara County Fair as part of the Bud Light Concert Series on the KCOY Main Stage. The concert is free with paid admission.
