The Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival runs Friday, April 26 – Sunday, April 28, 2024.

This event offers vendors the opportunity to sell their fantastic treats to attendees and since it is all about Strawberries each food vendor is asked to feature at least one "Strawberry Specialty" food or drink item on their menu.

All vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.

All applications submitted must include photo of booth set-up.

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival, or you may purchase the Food Concessionaire insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.

The Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival is always looking for new exhibitors to bring to the festival each year and offers vendors an opportunity to showcase their wears to our patrons.

We welcome vendors of all sorts, including cosmetic, health and beauty product sales, candy makers, jewelry sales, new product lines, home repairs, commercial companies, etc.

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival, or you may purchase insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.
