SBCF 2024 ANIMAL ALLOTMENTS

RULE UPDATE

For the 2024 Santa Barbara County Fair there will be NO limits on how many animals each club is allowed to bring. Please direct questions to our new Livestock Superintendent, Hailey Rose Switzer!

DNA DATES & DEADLINES

BEEF

Beef can be ordered up until March 12th, and must be dropped off and completed by March13th at 5PM.

SHEEP, GOAT & SWINE

Kits will go on Sale April 15th, last day to order will be May 10th, due in office completed by May 13th by 5PM.

Photos can be picked up from the Entries Office located at the Fairpark Administration Office.

Check Policies

ALL CHECKS WILL BE VOID SIX MONTHS AFTER DATE ISSUED – NO EXCEPTIONS
• If your check is not cashed within six months, the check will be void and not valid for reissue.
• If your check needs to be reissued within the six-month period, and you for some reason still have the original check, you will need to return that check to the Fair, before a reissue process will begin. Once the original check is received, the Fair will process a new check minus a $35.00 admin fee.
• If your check is lost, stolen or misplaced within the six-month period you may request to get a check reissued minus a $25.00 stop payment fee, and a $35.00 admin fee.
• THE FAIR WILL NOT ISSUE A SECOND REISSUE CHECK.
