2026 Independent Exhibitor Insurance

All Independent Exhibitors are required to purchase their insurance through the fair office. Cost is $95.00 per exhibitor no matter how many entries you have in each class.

Since an independent exhibitor does not have liability coverage through a sponsoring organization, a legal guardian or parent must be able to provide proof of liability coverage naming the fair as additionally insured and sign a waiver.

Proof of insurance or purchase of fair insurance is due to the Administration Office by July 1, 2026 at 5pm.

DNA kits will also be available for purchase at the Fairpark Administration Office — $10 each

DUE DATE: May 13, 2026

Sheep, Goat and Swine DNA kits must be purchased by May 10 at 5:00 PM.
Completed DNA kits must be returned to the Fairpark Office by May 13 at 5:00 PM.

If purchasing online, do not forget to bring a copy of your receipt to the Fairpark Office to pick up your DNA kit.
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Check Policies

ALL CHECKS WILL BE VOID SIX MONTHS AFTER DATE ISSUED – NO EXCEPTIONS
• If your check is not cashed within six months, the check will be void and not valid for reissue.
• If your check needs to be reissued within the six-month period, and you for some reason still have the original check, you will need to return that check to the Fair, before a reissue process will begin. Once the original check is received, the Fair will process a new check minus a $35.00 admin fee.
• If your check is lost, stolen or misplaced within the six-month period you may request to get a check reissued minus a $25.00 stop payment fee, and a $35.00 admin fee.
• THE FAIR WILL NOT ISSUE A SECOND REISSUE CHECK.
