OUR PLEA
Our facility relies on event revenues to operate, and much like everyone else is struggling to keep our doors open during this pandemic.
With the postponements and cancellations of all events over the past 5+ months, including the 2020 Santa Barbara County Fair and Annual Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the
Fairgrounds’ revenue streams have been severely depleted!
Until it is safe to host events again, the
Fairgrounds does not have the ability to create the necessary revenue it needs to survive.
Community support is crucial during this challenging time in order to preserve the Fairgrounds for future generations.
