Vendor Applications (SF)

The Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival runs Friday, April 28 – Sunday, April 30, 2023.

This event offers vendors the opportunity to sell their fantastic treats to attendees and since it is all about Strawberries each food vendor is asked to feature at least one "Strawberry Specialty" food or drink item on their menu.

All vendors are selected based on presentation of booth, uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors, timeliness of payment, submission of paperwork and professionalism.

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival, or you may purchase the Food Concessionaire insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.

The Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival is always looking for new exhibitors to bring to the festival each year, and offers vendors an opportunity to showcase their wears to our patrons.

We welcome vendors of all sorts, including cosmetic, health and beauty product sales, candy makers, jewelry sales, new product lines, home repairs, commercial companies, etc...

We also offer a limited amount of space offered, at a discount, for non-profit organizations (churches/charities, political parties and county-related organizations).

You will need to provide insurance to the Santa Maria Fairpark, Santa Maria Valley Strawberry Festival, or you may purchase insurance through this office from CFSA (California Fair Services Authority) for a very reasonable price.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 3/20/23 if you are a commercial vendor who sells the listed items below we are no longer accepting new applications. If you carry other unique items you may still apply. THANK YOU

At this time we have enough vendors who offer :Toys, Hispanic goods, Hispanic clothing, jewelry, crystals/mineral rocks, anime merchandise, sun glasses, face/body painting, airbrushing (on products), gemstone jewelry, engraving.
